DESCRIPTION: All original US
M.1911 Colt semi-auto pistol manufactured in 1916. Right
side of the slide is marked: "Model of 1911. U.S. Army"
(in one line). Left side of the slide is marked: "Patented
Apr. 20, 1897 Sept. 9, 1902. Dec.19, 1905. Feb.14, 1911. Aug.19,
1913" (in two lines) and "Colt's Pt. F. A. Mfg.
Co. Hartford, CT. USA." (in two lines). Marked on the
left side of the frame : "United States Property".
Frame is stamped next to the trigger with "GHS"
(in the circle). Correct blued seven shot magazine with a
lanyard loop. Correct diamond checkered walnut grips. Correct
Colt's World War One issue five inch long barrel. CONDITION:
Very good+ to low fine. About 55% of original blue finish
is still on metal. Some bluing is turning to brownish color.
The balance is in white, with occasional spots of light patina.
Fine bore with strong and shiny rifling. Strong action. Some
patina on the magazine. All the markings and numbers are clearly
visible on metal. All the internal parts of the pistol
are in fine condition, with no obvious wear. The hardwood grips
are in very good condition with some minor wear, light dings
and handling marks. The left side grip panel shows a hairline
crack below the lower screw (please, see pictures). All correct
military configuration. All original World War One issue

DESCRIPTION: Very nice Imperial
Russian Colt M. 1857 single action percussion revolver.
The revolver was manufactured at the Tula arsenal
in Russia. This type of the revolver was a standard
issue handgun of the Imperial Russian officers from 1857 to about
1875. The revolver is an almost exact copy of Colt M.1851 Navy
revolver. The Russian manufactured Colt percussion revolvers
can be recognized by the screw heads being on the right side
of the frame and by the bell shaped hilt. Many revolvers of this
type were used by the Imperial Russian officers during the Polish
January Uprising of 1863-1865. The revolver is very well
made with a nice blue/casehardened/silver finish. It displays
very nice scroll engraving on the cylinder. Brass & steel
frame. Brass trigger guard. Octagonal barrel. Six shot cylinder.
Barrel length: 7.5 inch. Hardwood grips. Complete with a lanyard
ring. The only markings on the revolver is a large number, "2"
on the left side of the front strap under the grip. No other
markings are present on the revolver. The set comes complete
with a Colt English style oak case with brown velvet lining,
tools, powder flask, ebony cleaning rod, two empty cap tins and
some other accessories (please, see pictures). The case key
is also included. The revolver was a part of the well known William
Hoffeld Colt's collection (a brass tag with "W.H"
initials and a collection inventory number is included). CONDITION:
Overall in fine condition. The revolver has slightly fading
blue/casehardened/silver finish. The balance is in white, mixed
with some occasional smooth silver-gray patina. Some small spots
of gray patina. The scroll engraving on the cylinder is clear
and crisp. The barrel shows some minor tool marks. The hardwood
grips are in fine condition with some minor handling marks. Excellent
bore with strong rifling. The cylinder chambers are in
excellent condition as well. Strong action. The percussion
nipples are in excellent condition. The oak case is in good condition
with minor wear and some handling marks. The velvet lining is
fair and showing some wear on points of contact. Very nice

Colt Brevete 1851 pattern single action percussion revolver.
The revolver is a copy of Colt M.1851 Navy revolver. The
upper part of the barrel displays gold inlaid floral motifs and
a slightly fading name, "Antonio Pinillos" (please,
see pictures). The sides of the barrel display engraved wording,
"Cast Steel". Each cylinder chamber is numbered
in gold. No other markings are present on the revolver.
The silver trigger guard shows beautifully engraved Athena
(please, see pictures). The cylinder is scroll engraved and inlaid
in silver. The revolver was most likely sold on the commercial
market. It is beautifully engraved in floral motifs (on the frame,
cylinder, hilt, hammer, trigger guard and on the barrel). The
revolver is very well made with a nice blue finish. All steel
construction with nicely polished and finished carved walnut
grip. Octagonal barrel. Six shot cylinder. Iron spur trigger
guard. Barrel length: 7 inch. Blade front and hammer notch rear
sights. Massive silver butt of the hilt. The revolver was a part
of the well known William Hoffeld Colt's collection. CONDITION:
Overall in excellent condition. The revolver has slightly
fading blue finish. The balance is in white, mixed with some
occasional smooth silver-gray patina. Some small spots of gray
patina. The fancy engraving is clear and crisp. The gold and

was most likely sold on the commercial market. It is beautifully

trigger guard and on the barrel). The revolver is very well made
with a nice blue finish. All steel construction with nicely polished
and finished German style walnut grip. The latter shows high
gloss finish and diamond checkering. Octagonal barrel. Six shot
cylinder. Each cylinder chamber is numbered. Iron spur trigger
guard. Barrel length: 7.25 inch. Crown muzzle. Blade front and
hammer notch rear sights. The revolver was manufactured with
no provision for the lanyard ring. The revolver was a part of
the well known William Hoffeld Colt's collection. CONDITION:

Colt Brevete 1849 pattern single action percussion revolver.
There is following very faint wording on the top of the barrel,
"E. Syck in Salzburg" (please, see pictures).
The revolver was most likely sold on the commercial market. It
is beautifully engraved in floral motifs (on the frame, cylinder,
hilt, hammer, trigger guard and on the upper part of the barrel).
The revolver is very well made. Elongated grip frame for a better
hold. Circular trigger guard. All steel construction with nicely
polished and finished walnut grips. Octagonal barrel. Six shot
cylinder. Blade front and hammer notch rear sights. Barrel length:
5.25 inch. The revolver was manufactured with no provision for

Scarce Austrian Navy Officer M.1849 Colt Percussion Revolver
(KKP, Insbruck)

DESCRIPTION: Scarce Austrian
navy Colt M.1849 single action percussion revolver. The revolver
was manufactured at Kaiserlich und Königlich Priviligierte
Maschinenfabrik in Innsbruck, Austria, as indicated
by markings engraved on the right side of the frame (please,
see pictures). This type of the revolver was a standard
issue handgun of the Imperial Austrian, and later, Imperial Austro-Hungarian
navy officers from 1849 to about 1870. The revolver is a licensed
copy of Colt Dragoon. Only about 1,100 of revolvers of this
type were ever manufactured. The Austrian navy ordered about
1,000 of M.1849 revolvers, while about 100 was sold on the commercial
market. The production of this model began at the KKP factory
in 1849, and ended in 1854. Most of the M.1849 revolvers did
not survive to these days, as a result of several wars in which
Austrian Kriegsmarine participated. The revolver is very well
made. It shows light engraving on the cylinder. The left side
of frame displays engraved wording, "Patent 1849".
The right side of frame shows the maker address, "K.K.P.
Masch. Fabr. Insbruck". All steel construction with
nicely polished and finished hardwood grips (correct for the
officer version). Half-octagonal, half-round barrel. Six shot
cylinder. Barrel length: 5.25 inch. The revolver was manufactured
with no provision for the lanyard ring. The three digit serial
number is stamped on the butt of the hilt (please, see pictures).
CONDITION: Overall in fine+ condition. The revolver has
slightly fading blue/brow finish mixed with some scattered patina.
Metal shows some dings and handling marks (mainly on the cylinder).
Occasional spots of surface rust and/or light pitting (mainly
on the left side of the barrel). The hardwood grips are in fine
condition with some handling marks. Excellent bore with strong
rifling. The cylinder chambers are in excellent condition
as well. Strong action. The percussion nipples are in fine
