About Me I am a collector of firearms, edged weapons, militaria and books on the related subjects. I specialize in European military firearms and edged weapons of all periods. This is a mail order service only, I do not have a showroom. I am not always available to answer your question in a timely manner due to my work and/or travel schedule, so please accept my apologies. I will always try to answer your questions and inquiries as quickly as possible.
Payment I accept cashier checks, money orders, postal money orders and personal checks. Personal checks will be hold for 14 business days, or as long as it is necessary to clear them by the bank. To speed up the shipment, please pay by money order or cashier check. We recommend bank wire transfer payments for all international orders. PayPal can be used only for other than firearms purchases (PayPal does not allow payment for firearms!)

Return Policy I offer five day inspection and return privilege for all domestic transactions. No explanation is necessary to return any item that you have purchased from me. Just call us in advance and ship the item within five days after receiving it. All items have to be returned in original, undamaged condition. Shipping fees are not subject to reimbursement. At no time during the inspection period will the Buyer fire the firearm. If the Buyer does fire the firearm at any time during the inspection period, the sale is considered final. Inspection consists of external examination, checking bore and having headspace checked by a gunsmith. No further disassembly is permitted to include but not limited to turning any screws or removing any punch pins. I do not offer inspection and return privilege in international trade. Books are not covered by our inspection and return policy.
FFL Firearm Transfers All post 1898 firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer. Curios & Relics firearms can be shipped to holders of FFL C&R license, unless local laws prohibit such transactions. All guns are sold as collector items only and they are not intended for shooting. If you plan to shoot any firearm, please have it inspected by a qualified gunsmith. Please, contact me via e-mail with the name of your FFL dealer. Make sure your FFL dealer marks the envelope and the FFL with your full name. I receive unsolicited FFL-s on a daily basis. If your dealer sends me an FFL without your full name, I cannot guarantee that it will be connected to your purchase. I am now allowed to accept an emailed copy of your FFL license.
Guarantee I offer a lifetime authenticity guarantee for all items that I sell. All items are guaranteed to be "authentic antiques", and not "fakes" or "reproductions". I allow quality restorations and repairs to the antique arms. I will always inform a buyer about any repair or restoration that I am aware of.
Export 1. Pre-1899 Firearms. I can sell and ship all the antique firearms (pre-1899) directly overseas, unless foreign laws prohibit such transactions. It is the Buyer responsibility to make sure that such transactions are legal in his/her particular country. It is the Buyer responsibility to provide all necessary permits or licenses, as required by the foreign law, that will be attached to the parcel. There is no extra charge for shipping of antique weapons overseas. I charge actual shipping, packing and insurance cost on all overseas shipments. I recommend US Postal Service Priority Mail, which is reliable and trackable on the internet. The average cost of shipping and insurance to Europe by Priority Mail is $90, in case of antique rifle, and $45, in case of antique handgun. This cost includes packing materials and labor. I will be glad to provide you with an estimate of shipping and insurance cost to your particular country. I recommend bank wire transfer payments for all international orders. 2. Post-1898 Firearms. I export post-1898 firearms through an export agent at the cost. The export agent will provide an estimate for the overseas shipping of post-1898 guns. All the shipping and exportation charges are the responsibility of the Buyer. The export of firearms is a long process and sometimes it may take several months. In most cases, the export of firearms takes 2-3 months. The Buyer will be asked to provide all the documents that are required to import and to own firearms in his particular country. The Buyer will be asked to translate such documents to English, in case they are issued in other than English language. The Buyer will be asked to fully cooperate with the export agent in resolving all potential export and shipping issues. No returns are allowed on overseas shipments. I charge $30 per long gun (rifle, or carbine), and/or $20 for first handgun, and $10 for each additional handgun, to cover shipping to the export agent. Please, contact me to discuss overseas shipments in special cases.
Caliber I do not guarantee correctness of calibers of any firearms listed on our web site. I list calibers for orientation purpose only, and to help identify the particular firearm. All guns are sold as collector items only and they are not intended for shooting. If you plan to shoot any firearm, please have it inspected by a qualified gunsmith. Please, ask your gunsmith to verify the caliber of any firearm, before you attempt to fire it.
Prices All my prices are firm. My evaluation of antique arms is based on highly subjective view of their respective marketability, and my experience with similar items in the past. Prices are subject to change without notice.
